1 kg Long grain basmati rice
2 tsp Garlic paste
2 tsp Ginger paste
3-4 tablespoon Onion paste
2 Sliced onions
2 Bay leaves
10 Green cardamom and 10 cloves

2 tsp Green cardamoms & mace powder
2 tsp Red chilli powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri chilli
Salt
200 ml Refined oil
150 grams Curd
300 ml Milk
2 tsp Desi ghee
2 tsp Kewra water
1tsp Rose water
5 drops of Meetha attar (Edible perfume)
1 pinch Orange food color
