This is a very cool goPro Session Hat Mount that is a very easy DIY project and cheap. I needed a better GoPro hat camera mount for my ball cap. I've been using the standard OEM GoPro hat mount and I just don't like it. I found a better way and it's very cheap and easy to do. The old hat mount was placed at the front of your ball cap brim and it's just too heavy. You have to strap your hat too tight and it's uncomfortable.

With my DIY low profile GoPro Hero Session hat mount modification, you can easily wear a camera all day in comfort. This hat cam mount is cheap & awesome. I like to use mine when I go fishing. It's a low profile hat mount that I use with my GoPro Hero Session 4. As a GpPro fishing hat mount, this little DIY is hard to beat for effectiveness and cost. This DIY can apply to most all action cameras with a tripod screw mount.
